Tank Details:

Tank #1, this Cleaning Tank features Ultrasonic Cleaning using two Ultrasonic Frequency Generators with two rod transducers.  Tank has a weir flow system which utilizes a diverter bar and filtration pump along with a belt skimmer to improve efficiency of overall system. Tank is heated using two heating elements, with float switch’s to ensure water level is correct for safe operation of Ultrasonic’s, heaters and filtration system. Tank #1 has an Auto-Fill valve to maintain correct water level in tank. Tank also has cleaning basket and cover for optimum performance.

Tanks #2-3, is a dual-stage heated Rinse Tank. Tank has a weir flow system which utilizes a diverter bar and filtration pump along with a belt skimmer to improve efficiency of overall system. Tanks are heated using two heating elements per tank, with float switch’s to ensure water level is correct for safe operation of heaters and filtration system.  Tank #2-3 has an Auto-Fill valve to maintain correct water level in tank. Tank also has rinsing basket and cover for optimum performance.

Tank #4 is a Forced Hot Air Drying Tank with integral ducting and electric heat with blower package. Tank also has cover too assist in drying process.
