The SW-2000-SEW-ULTR is the premier ultrasonic sewing machine that will in one process seal, sew and trim both non-woven and synthetic fabrics. Model SW-2000-SEW-ULTR ultrasonic welding machines was designed specially to meet the needs of the textile and apparel industries. The SW-2000-SEW-ULTR does away with the costly down side of conventional sewing machines in that it eliminates needle breakage, thread breakage, thread color changeover and thread unraveling problems. In addition, the SW-2000-SEW-ULTR is simple to operate and up to four times faster than conventional sewing machines and up to 10 times faster that heat sealing, and adhesive machines.

Requires no thread or glue to seam, trim and seal.
