SHARPERTEK SEMI-AUTOMATED N95 CUP MASK MAKING MACHINE
This machine is capable of producing 20 industry standard cup face masks every minute. This process is semi-automated, and the product parameters are easily controlled and monitored by the operating system. Our semi-automated machine continuously assembles 1 to 3 layers of non-woven fabric in the following process:
- Unwinding rolls of the non-woven web and aligning the materials
- Forming and welding the mask material, cutting out the mask profile from the material
- Operator placing the aluminum nose pieces, must be pre-cut
- Operator placing the elastic ear bands, the machine automatically welds or staples the bands to the mask
