SHARPERTEK AUTOMATED N95 DISPOSABLE MASK MAKING MACHINE
This machine is capable of producing 30-40 industry standard N95 Style face masks every minute. This process is fully automated, and the product parameters are easily controlled and monitored by the operating system. Our automated machine continuously assembles layers of non-woven fabric in the following process:
- Unwinding rolls of the non-woven web and aligning the materials
- Cutting and sealing the mask profile into the layers of material.
- (Optional) Cutting the respirator hole into the masks
- Placing and welding the elastic ear bands
- Folding the masks in half for the final cutting stage
- Sealing the edges of the mask to make it a folded cup
- Cutting the final shape into the mask and trimming away the excess material
